At the end of the summer, the famous American shop BODEGA offered us some eye-catching collabs with SUICOKE and ON RUNNING. Now that the days are getting shorter and the temperatures are dropping, the retailer is keeping us warm in style by presenting its Fall/Winter 2022 collection.
This comprehensive new streetwear assortment refers to several distinct styles. It’s built around sportswear, military style, with nods to GORP throughout.
The wide selection allows those who wish to do so to express their vision of fashion through layering and appropriation of pieces.
The entire collection is an ode to fall and winter, with evocative colors and materials that are as robust as they are cozy.
Among this collection of unisex clothing and accessories, we find jackets, parkas and sleeveless vests, as well as hoodies, round neck sweatshirts and plaid shirts. But also faded jeans, fleece tracksuits, complex full-cut cargos that can be combined with different styles of graphic t-shirts or soccer jerseys. Corduroy caps, camo bucket hats and graphic beanies are also available.
As far as footwear is concerned, the lookbook features a collab with Clarks based on the iconic Wallabee and another with Mizuno on the 3D Grind silhouette. The 1st one takes the patchwork look seen on the revisited version in 2019 (article available HERE). This never-before-seen edition features a combination of brown/mustard and electric blue materials, some of which are adorned with retro signature patterns. The Saucony 3D GRID arrives in a combination of white, emerald green and grey with a touch of yellow. Mixing mesh with suede, it ensures comfort and style. Let’s see if these collaborative pairs will be launched as part of this collection…
The BODEGA Fall/Winter 2022 collection will be released on October 15, 2022 at BODEGA stores in Boston and Los Angeles, as well as online at 12pm EST on a first come, first served basis. Don’t sleep !
