The Los Angeles streetwear label ROKIT and the Converse brand extend their partnership and unveil an elegant collaboration for the summer season. After having proposed a black version of the Chuck 70 Hi in spring (article available HERE), these two brands, anchored in the basketball and skateboard culture, present us today a Converse Pro Leather Ox in white monochrome colorway.
This shoe consists of an upper combining smooth leather and white patent leather with subtle white stitching. The Converse logo is overlayed and tone-on-tone on the side panels. It’s joined by the circular Rokit badge in orange leather, adding the unique touch of a different colour to the upper. To assert the skate side of the pair, the white tongue appears inflated by a thick visible foam and the white laces are oversized. To finalize the design, the Converse star is embossed on the heel tab and the insoles are of different colours, one black and the other orange. The insoles have co-branding and a print referring to foot reflexology. The whole is based on a translucent icy sole.
The ROKIT x Converse Pro Leather Ox will be available on July 16, 2020 at selected retailers and on the Converse.com website, for a price of 110€.
