Multi-disciplinary rapper Tyler The Creator continues his partnership with the Converse brand through his GOLF WANG imprint and presents a new premium version of the legendary Chuck 70 silhouette. True to the American artist’s bold and original style, this shoe is adorned with a colorful new design.
Contrary to traditional models, this sneaker is made of a denim upper, here clear and washed. On this light blue base, we discover a multicolored polka dot print reminiscent of confetti in sky blue, navy blue, orange, green, red, yellow. To complete the design, the metal eyelets are made of nickel, the white laces appear woven and thick, and the comfortable padded insole is embellished with a personalized co-branding print. A slightly higher midsole than the classic models, a traditional Converse heel patch and a black heel tag complete the look. The whole is based on a rubber outsole revealing the polka dot pattern underfoot matching the upper.
The GOLF WANG x Converse Chuck 70 Hi will be released on November 11, 2020 on converse.com and at selected retailers such as Bodega and BSTN for 100€.
