The Bronx rapper Cardi B celebrates her 28th birthday by announcing the launch of her collaboration with Reebok, based on the popular Club C silhouette. The Grammy-winning artist has had a relationship with the brand since 2018 and is an ambassador for the sport clothing line. This revisited Club C inaugurates her very first shoe collection.
This shoe is inspired by the different universes where the audacious and stylish Cardi B navigates, streetwear and Haute Couture.
It features a shiny white patent leather upper with matching overlays. A translucent window on the quarter panel is adorned with the gold-colored Reebok brand. Other Reebok branding details also appear in gold, on the black heel and white tongue label, adding a touch of luxury to the design. To complete the look, the co-branding adorns the black insole, the white tongue appears inflated and 2 sets of laces, white and black, are joined in the box. A special round and circular tongue pull, with a black and white pattern, adds originality to the pair. The whole is based on an imposing translucent brown platform sole, reminiscent of the aesthetics of Haute Couture boots.
The Cardi B x Reebok Club C will be released on November 13, 2020 on the Reebok.com website, in women’s sizes for 110€ and children’s and babies’ sizes for 50€.
A few pairs were available on October 10th at midnight in limited edition on the sports brand’s website, as a gift for the most loyal fans of the rapper.
