Capsule Patta x Kappa

After having presented us a collaboration with Diadora based on the N9000 silhouette (article available HERE), the famous Dutch streetwear brand PATTA continues to honor Italian soccer. For this new project, the label of Edson Sabajo and Guillaume Schmidt has teamed up with the legendary equipment manufacturer KAPPA to offer us a co-branded outfit.

Since its establishment in Milan, PATTA has sought to pay homage to the Italian capital of fashion through the soccer teams that have represented it at the world level.

The sportswear brand KAPPA is a major player in the world of soccer. Founded in Turin in 1967 by Maurizio Vitale, it has since sponsored over 100 teams worldwide. For this collaboration, the two partners were particularly inspired by the AC Milan outdoor kit from the 1988-89 season. This white colored jersey was worn during some of the Serie A away games, but especially went down in history thanks to the winning finals of the Champions League and the European Super Cup.

The collaborative version of this shirt features an embroidered KAPPA logo on the chest and the AC Milan crest with the KAPPA label. A red and black TEAMPATTA stripe on the front completes the look. To stay true to the original jersey, the white collar is retained. A white co-branded short and socks with the same design as the jersey were also designed.

The Patta x Kappa capsule will be released on May 26, 2021 at 13:00 pm CEST in PATTA stores in Milan and Amsterdam and online at patta.nl. These pieces will be available a little later in the PATTA shop in London.
