Long before the trend, the Japanese brand ATMOS demonstrated its love for animal prints, particularly by integrating them into collaborations elaborated with great care and elegance. A few days ago, an ATMOS x adidas Superstar “Crazy Animal” was released, which was quickly sold out (article available HERE). As an extension to this pair, the famous Japanese boutique and the German giant adidas unveil the next Superstar “Animal” dressed in leopard patterns.
The iconic sneaker, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year, comes in a colorway both bold and elegant. It features a hairy leopard print upper. The laceguard and tongue are also covered with this faux fur-like patterned material. To highlight the design, the emblematic adidas 3 side stripes, the legendary shell toe (rubber shell on the toe box), the heel, laces and lining appear in black color. A luminous touch of luxury and sophistication is brought by the gold-colored tongue, heel and lining brandings. The whole is based on a totally black sole, harmonizing the look.
The adidas Atmos x adidas Superstar “Animal” will be available from 16 October 2020 in all Atmos stores, online at www.atmos-tokyo.com and at Atmos Zozotwon (zozo.jp), for 110€ and in sizes ranging from EU 36 to EU 45.5.
