Il y a quelques semaines, je vous parlais dans un article (dispo ICI) de la dernière collaboration entre la série télévisée d’animation américaine Bob L’éponge et la marque de sneakers allemande Sonra. Hikmet Sugoer a souhaité mettre à l’honneur cette célèbre série humoristique diffusée sur la chaîne Nickelodeon à travers deux coloris sur la silhouette de la PROTO 3.
Ayant eu la chance de la recevoir la « Pineapple Under The Sea » je vous propose de la découvrir en images à mes pieds.
Les paires se composent d’une tige et d’une doublure en 100% Pinatex (ananas). Pour continuer dans la démarche durable, les semelles intérieures au motif ananas ont été conçues à partir de semelles recyclées et les lacets sont en coton. Une touche de contraste est apportée par le col, la languette et le heel tab de couleur grise. Afin d’affirmer le thème et la collab, le sympathique visage de Bob l’éponge apparaît sur un tag circulaire à l’arrière du talon, les panneaux latéraux sont ornés du logo SONRA et la languette se pare d’un imprimé vert ‘feuilles d’ananas’. L’ensemble repose sur une confortable midsole blanche et sur une outsole en caoutchouc noir.

A few weeks ago, I told you in an article (available HERE) about the latest collaboration between the American animated TV series SpongeBob SquarePants and the German sneaker brand Sonra. Hikmet Sugoer wanted to honor this famous comedy series broadcast on the Nickelodeon channel through two colorways on the PROTO 3 silhouette.
Having had the chance to receive the « Pineapple Under The Sea » I suggest you to discover it in pictures at my feet.
The pairs are made of a 100% Pinatex (pineapple) upper and lining. To continue in the sustainable approach, the insoles with the pineapple pattern were designed from recycled soles and the laces are cotton. A touch of contrast is provided by the collar, tongue and heel tab in grey color. To affirm the theme and the collab, SpongeBob’s friendly face appears on a circular tag on the back of the heel, the side panels are adorned with the SONRA logo and the tongue featured a green ‘pineapple leaf’ print. The whole is based on a comfortable white midsole and a black rubber outsole.
