Le shop suédois de référence Sneakersnstuff commence l’année 2021 comme il a terminé 2020 : en beauté. Après avoir réimaginé l’iconique adidas Superstar à la fin du mois de décembre (article disponible ICI), SNS fait équipe avec l’équipementier New Balance afin d’apporter sa touche personnelle à la silhouette 920.
Introduite au mois de septembre 2020, notamment avec une élégante collaboration avec Patta, la NB 920 est inspirée des séries 900 et 1000 de la marque. Ce modèle est « Made in England », fabriqué dans l’usine New Balance de Flimby à l’aide de matériaux premium.
La chaussure au look retro s’habille d’une palette de couleurs essentiellement orange et vert sapin avec des détails de branding jaunes.
Elle se compose d’un upper en mesh orange profond avec des superpositions en daim de porc de haute qualité de couleur orange vif. Cette base est réhaussée par des accents vert sapin, comme la languette comportant le branding New Balance Made in England brodé en jaune, la doublure intérieure et l’insole agrémentée des co-brandings. La couleur noire choisie pour définir le heel tab, le clip de talon et les lacets, ajoute du cachet à la paire. Pour compléter le design, on découvre des détails 3M réfléchissants et le logo N latéral de couleur gris foncé et jaune. Un dubrae de lacets vert sapin honore la collaboration en se parant du branding SNS jaune. L’ensemble repose sur une midsole blanc cassé bénéficiant de l’amorti ENCAP combinée à une outsole en caoutchouc noir avec des touches de vert sapin, finalisant ainsi le look.
Cette sneaker sortira aux côtés d’une collection textile complète reprenant la même palette de couleurs : vert sapin, orange, blanche et noire, nommée « SNS Sports World ».
La SNS x New Balance 920 sortira le 7 janvier 2021 sur l’application SNS via un tirage au sort, pour un prix de 200€ et la collection complète « SNS Sports World » sera disponible le 15 janvier 2021. Bonne chance !
Introduced in September 2020, including an elegant collaboration with Patta, the NB 920 is inspired by the brand’s 900 and 1000 series. This model is « Made in England », created in the New Balance factory in Flimby using premium materials.
The retro-look shoe is dressed in a palette of mainly orange and fir green colors with yellow branding details.
It consists of a deep orange mesh upper with overlays of high quality pig suede in a bright orange color. This base is enhanced by fir green accents, such as the tongue with New Balance Made in England branding embroidered in yellow, the inner lining and the insole embellished with co-brandings. The black color chosen to define the heel tab, heel clip and laces, adds cachet to the pair. To complete the design, we discover reflective 3M details and the lateral N logo in dark grey and yellow. A fir green dubrae of laces honors the collaboration with yellow SNS branding. The whole is based on an off-white midsole with ENCAP cushioning combined with a black rubber outsole with touches of fir green, thus finalizing the look.
This sneaker will be part of a complete textile collection with the same color palette : fir green, orange, white and black, named « SNS Sports World ».
The SNS x New Balance 920 will be released on January 7, 2021 on the SNS application via a draw for a price of 200€ and the complete « SNS Sports World » collection will be available on January 15, 2021. Good luck !
