Il y a quelques semaines, je vous parlais dans un article (dispo ICI) du second coloris de la collaboration entre la marque d’Amsterdam Patta et la marque américaine Nike : la « Noise Aqua ». Pour ce projet, Patta s’est s’approprié une silhouette culte : la Air Max 1 et y apporter sa touche avec un garde-boue en forme de vague.
Ayant eu la chance de la recevoir en avance, (merci à mon ami Edson) je vous propose de la découvrir en images à mes pieds. Le projet photo, comme le GIF, a été réalisé avec @Gawmess.
Les courts métrages « The Wave » et l’embellissement de la chaussure sont des références thématiques aux changements culturels et à l’influence durable que la marque Patta a eue sur sa communauté et son industrie. En tant qu’entrepreneurs noirs, depuis plus de 17 ans à Amsterdam, ces derniers ne se sont pas arrêter sur le succès de leur marque streetwear mais ont su s’investir pour la jeunesse à travers la fondation Patta qui favorise l’éducation culturelle des jeunes et des aspirants entrepreneurs. La création de la Patta Running Team a également permis à des jeunes de se responsabiliser à travers le sport.
C’est à travers cet état d’esprit d’union et d’amour du produit que la relation Patta x Nike a évolué jusqu’à ce nouveau chapitre collaboratif.
Les éléments oranges vus sur la « Monarch », tels que les superpositions en forme de vagues, le Swoosh latéral, les œillets supérieurs et le branding de languette, apparaissent de couleur bleue sur cette itération. Pour la reste de la construction, la base conserve sa composition en mesh balistique gris clair et se pare de superpositions supérieures classiques de couleur assortie. Une doublure intérieure blanche et une languette jaunie complètent le design. Pour affirmer la collab, l’imposant logo Patta bleu est apposé sur l’insole. L’ensemble repose sur une midsole blanche couplée à une outsole tricolore noire/blanc cassé/bleu océan qui apporte la touche finale.

La paire sera également disponible chez Patta Amsterdam, Patta Milano à 11h00 heure locale et Patta London à 12h00 heure locale. As black entrepreneurs for over 17 years in Amsterdam, they have not stopped with the success of their streetwear brand but have invested in youth through the Patta Foundation which promotes cultural education for youth and aspiring entrepreneurs. The creation of the Patta Running Team also allowed young people to take responsibility through sport.
It’s through this state of mind of union and love of the product that the Patta x Nike relationship has evolved to this new collaborative chapter.
The orange elements seen on the « Monarch, » such as the wave-like overlays, side Swoosh, upper eyelets and tongue branding, appear in blue on this iteration. For the rest of the construction, the base retains its light grey ballistic mesh composition and is adorned with classic color-coordinated upper overlays. A white inner lining and yellowed tongue complete the design. To affirm the collab, the imposing blue Patta logo is affixed to the insole. The whole is based on a white midsole coupled with a black/off-white/ocean/off white that brings the final touch.
