Cette toute 1ère collab officielle combine l’univers streetwear luxueux du talentueux designer américain, Jerry Lorenzo, et l’héritage athlétique de la marque de sport allemande culte, adidas.
Ayant pu acheter la Fear of God Athletics Basketball « Carno », je vous propose de la découvrir en images à mes pieds.
La paire se pare d’un design se situant parfaitement entre la mode et le sport, en reprenant les codes de style iconiques de Fear of God. Elle se compose d’une empeigne en knit noir de première qualité, avec un col en néoprène, un élastique de cheville avec une boucle, des superpositions en TPU sans couture. Les cultissimes 3 bandes adidas apparaissent dans la cage moulée et s’inspire des archives des crampons adidas Predator. En ce qui concerne les détails de branding adidas, le logo est embossé sur le bout du pied et le nom de la marque allemande se distingue en surbrillance sur l’insole. L’ensemble repose sur une semelle intermédiaire Lightstrike qui offre un confort exceptionnel et sur une semelle extérieure sculptée en caoutchouc blanc translucide. A l’arrière de cette dernière, au niveau de talon, on découvre une barre noire estampillée du logo Fear of God.

The pair features a design that straddles the line between fashion and sport, echoing Fear of God’s iconic style codes. It consists of a premium black knit upper with neoprene collar, buckled ankle elastic and seamless TPU overlays. The cult adidas 3-Stripes appear in the molded cage and are inspired by the adidas Predator cleat archive. As for the adidas branding details, the logo is embossed on the toe cap and the German brand’s name stands out prominently on the insole. The whole is based on a Lightstrike midsole for exceptional comfort and a sculpted outsole in translucent white rubber. A black bar embossed with the Fear of God logo can be found at the rear of the outsole, at heel level.
Jerry Lozenzo’s first Fear of God Athletics collection for adidas was released on December 6 on the ADIDAS CONFIRMED and fearofgod.com. Some pieces are still available, let’s go !
