La maison de création HAL STUDIOS vient de dévoiler une nouvelle collaboration qui devrait séduire les sneakerheads. Après s’être associé à la marque japonaise asics au cours des 2 années passées, le studio fondé par Matthew Thomas et John Bouquet présente son tout 1er projet officiel avec le géant allemand ADIDAS : une Velosamba « HSDT-MK-O1 ».
La Velosamba est une transformation du grand classique d’adidas, la Samba, afin d’être adaptée au cyclisme.
Revisitée par HAL STUDIOS, cette chaussure se pare d’un look streetwear moderne et élégant. Présentée en noir et crème, elle est fabriquée méticuleusement à partir de cuir luxueux et daim premium, avec un grand sens du détail. Les emblématiques 3 Stripes latérales crème sont accompagnées de surpiqures en zig-zag assorties, la languette apparaît en nylon et rembourrée, aussi les lacets sont ronds et printés et bénéficient d’un bloque-lacet. Pour affirmer la collab, les heel tab en daim comportent le co-branding et le contrefort de talon arborent les détails « adidas by HAL STUDIOS Design Thinking VS-AD-HS-MK-01 ». La semelle extérieure est équipée d’une fixation de crampons à 2 boulons qui assure le maintien du pied sur la pédale du vélo.

[:en]Design house HAL STUDIOS has just unveiled a new collaboration that should appeal to sneakerheads. After partnering with Japanese brand asics for the past 2 years, the studio founded by Matthew Thomas and John Bouquet presents its 1st official project with German giant ADIDAS : a Velosamba « HSDT-MK-O1 ».
The Velosamba is a transformation of the classic adidas Samba for cycling.
Reworked by HAL STUDIOS, this shoe is given a modern, elegant streetwear look. Presented in black and cream, it’s meticulously crafted from luxurious leather and premium suede, with great attention to detail. The iconic cream 3 Stripes on the side are accompanied by matching zig-zag stitching, the tongue appears nylon and padded, also the laces are round and printed and benefit from a block-lace. To affirm the collab, the suede heel tabs feature co-branding and the heel counter boasts « adidas by HAL STUDIOS Design Thinking VS-AD-HS-MK-01 » detailing. The outsole is equipped with a 2-bolt cleat attachment that keeps the foot securely on the bike pedal.
