Lancée en 2021, la ligne 8th St. de Clarks par Ronnie Fieg connaît un beau succès. Elle se compose de modèles variés aux coloris accrocheurs mariant le savoir-faire Clarks à l’expertise pointue de Ronnie Fieg, comme la Sandford « Off-White » sortie l’année dernière. Pour la saison Autome/Hiver 2023, le designer du Queens- fondateur de Kith nous propose les silhouettes Sandford et Rossendale en nouveau coloris.
La nouvelle Sandford arbore un look typiquement automnal. Elle se compose d’un upper en daim premium sable doré ou brun foncé, perforé au niveau de la toe box et du talon latéral. Cette chaussure est dotée d’un logo brodé au niveau de la languette, d’un logo embossé sur le côté extérieur et d’un logo tamponné sur le col du talon. Pour assurer l’harmonie du design, elle se pare d’un duo de fobs et de lacets assortis à l’empeigne. L’ensemble repose sur une semelle chunky en crêpe traditionnelle.
La version remodelée de Clarks Wallabee, la Rossendale, est déclinée en 2 nouveaux coloris : vert foncé et Beeswax. Elle se présente en cuir lisse pour une finition tactile. La toe box est ornée de l’emblématique couture visible et le talon bénéficie d’un tirant co-brandé Clarks-Fieg. En ce qui concerne les autres détails de branding, la paire est ornée de l’emblématique logo Trek Man gravé au niveau de talon latéral et sur l’un des 2 fobs. L’autre fob reprend le branding gravé ‘Clarks Originals’, tout comme la languette. Une semelle en crêpe traditionnelle apporte la touche finale au design.

[:en]Launched in 2021, Clarks’ 8th St. line by Ronnie Fieg has been a great success. It features a variety of models in eye-catching colors, such as the Sandford « Off-White » released last year, combining Clarks know-how with Ronnie Fieg‘s cutting-edge expertise. For the Autumn/Winter 2023 season, the Queens-based designer and founder of Kith offers us the Sandford and Rossendale silhouettes in new colorways.
The new Sandford has a typically autumnal look. It consists of a premium suede upper in golden sand or dark brown, perforated at the toe box and side heel. The shoe features an embroidered logo on the tongue, an embossed logo on the outer side and a stamped logo on the heel collar. To ensure a harmonious design, it’s adorned with a duo of fobs and laces matching the upper. The whole is based on a traditional crepe chunky sole.
Clarks Wallabee’s redesigned version, the Rossendale, comes in 2 new colorways : dark green and Beeswax. It consists of a smooth leather for a tactile finish. The toe box is adorned with the iconic visible stitching and the heel benefits from a Clarks-Fieg co-branded pull tab. As for other branding details, the pair is adorned with the iconic Trek Man logo engraved on the lateral heel and on one of the 2 fobs. The other fob features the engraved ‘Clarks Originals’ branding, as does the tongue. A traditional crepe sole adds the finishing touch to the design.
The 8th St by Ronnie Fieg for Clarks Originals AW23 collection will be released on October 16, 2023 in stores, at selected retailers and online at clarks.com. Be ready !
