Stone Island et New Balance dévoilent un nouveau volet de leur fructueux partenariat débuté en 2021. Après avoir notamment revisité la fameuse RC ELITE, la marque italienne de Massimo Osti apporte sa touche à la NB FuelCell C_1.
Ce partenariat met en avant des qualités importantes pour les 2 marques : le savoir-faire et l’innovation.
La sneaker de course au design avant-gardiste imaginée par le Tokyo Design Studio nous est proposée en 2 coloris : Tan et Gris/Kaki/Purple.
Arborant un look inspiré des vêtements d’archives 990 Stone Island, ce modèle collaboratif se pare d’un motif camouflage spécial sur le upper en coton synthétique et biologique. La tige est ornée du logo NB oversize brodé, alors que le talon comporte l’iconique badge Compass moulé. Le branding ‘Stone Island’ apparaît également sur le tag de languette et sur l’insole du pied droit. L’insole du pied gauche arbore le marquage ‘Tokyo Design Studio’. Un système de laçage rapide à fermeture magnétique, une épaisse et structurée midsole de technologie FuelCell avec une plaque en fibre de carbone visible sous le pied finalisent le design.
Le duo STONE ISLAND X NEW BALANCE FUELCELL C_1 sortira le 25 juillet 2023, dans les boutiques Stone Island et online sur stoneisland.com. Le prix est fixé à 250€ par coloris.

With a look inspired by Stone Island 990 archival garments, this collaborative model features a special camouflage pattern on the synthetic and organic cotton upper. The upper is adorned with the oversized embroidered NB logo, while the heel features the iconic molded Compass badge. The ‘Stone Island’ branding also appears on the tongue tag and right foot insole. The left foot insole features ‘Tokyo Design Studio’ branding. A quick lacing system with magnetic closure, a thick, structured FuelCell technology midsole and a carbon fiber plate visible under the foot complete the design.
The STONE ISLAND X NEW BALANCE FUELCELL C_1 duo will be released on July 25, 2023, in Stone Island boutiques and online at stoneisland.com. Price will be around $250 per colorway.
