Le shop de Singapour Limited Edt nous revient aujourd’hui pour sa seconde collaboration avec la marque Asics, avec un pack comprenant une Asics gel lyte III et une Asics gel lyte V.
Fort du succès de leur première collaboration en 2015 avec la Asics gel lyte 3 “Vanda” en l’honneur de la fleur nationale de Singapour : la Vanda Miss Joaquim, Limited Edt a décidé de rester sur le thème de la fleur avec cette orchidée comme base de travail. Puis, afin de rendre hommage aux origines Japonaises de la marque Asics, les modèles du pack ont été nommés d’après les coloris des chaussures en Japonais : KURO ( noir ) et MURASAKI ( pourpre ).
La Asics gel lyte III x limited Edt VANDA “KURO” se compose d’un upper en cuir noir doux premium et d’un print floral gravé au laser. Le mélange de couleur or métallique, de cuivre et de gris foncé sur la semelle supérieure et intercallaire combiné à du Speckled apporte à cette chaussure une certaine maturité et un style unique.
La Asics gel lyte V x Limited Edt VANDA “MURASAKI” se compose d’une tige en Jacquard combinant des estampes de fleur avec l’emblème du logo de Limited Edt. On distingue du cuir noir au niveau du talon ainsi qu’autour de la paire. La semelle intermédiaire se compose également de Speckled. La paire garde au final un look plutôt dynamique et élégant.
Le boss de Limited Edt : Mandeep Chopra se dit “extrêmement honoré d’avoir travaillé sur deux icônes de la marque Asics en utilisant des matériaux de qualité…” Cela laisse préjugé d’une collab de qualité.

The second collaboration sees the GEL-LYTE III and GEL-LYTE V clad in updated versions of the original floral print from 2015, giving each iteration a fresh and bold make over. To pay
homage to the Japanese origin of ASICS Tiger, the upcoming releases have been named after the colorways of the shoes in Japanese: KURO for black and MURASAKI for purple.
The GEL-LYTE III explores a more metallic presentation this round with the ASICS Tiger x Limited Edt VANDA “KURO” GEL-LYTE III featuring the orchid print beautifully laser etched on the premium, buttery soft black leather upper. Finishing touches include a gold brass finish on the heel cup and a reflective ASICS stripes. The mix of metallic gold, copper and dark grey on
the upper as well as the speckled midsole combine to give the sneaker a mature, sophisticated look with hints of shine, enhancing its distinctive desirability.
The ASICS Tiger x Limited Edt VANDA ಯMURASAKIರ GEL-LYTE V receives a more brightly coloured approach, featuring a jacquard upper that combines prints of the flower along with the Limited Edt logo emblem. The jacquard print in hues of deep purple, light blue and yellow contrast the black premium leather on the toe and heel, that sits on top a speckled grey midsole for a vibrant and stylish look. Color pops of yellow adorn the eyelets, back counter and contrast stitching while a reflective light blue appears on outline of the ASICS stripes and heel. The
wearer will be spoiled for choice as each pair of this model comes with 3 sets of laces, in black, yellow and light blue, presenting a variety of different wearing options.
The collaboration models are set for an exclusive release date of March 24 2017 at Limited Edt stores and online with the Singapore release of the sneakers being presented in a custom-made, with exclusive shoe accessories provided by Limited Edt. Prepare for these floral printed ASICS
