La marque de sneaker haut de gamme KangaROOS dévoile un nouveau projet accrocheur : la toute première collaboration de sneakers de GRAMPS. Le label lifestyle premium présente une KangaROOS HOT SHOT LO « Greetings From The Beach ».
Cette sneaker exclusive fusionne l’héritage de KangaROOS avec le style retro de GRAMPS.
La marque GRAMPS est née d’une passion commune entre Jannik Diefenbach et son grand-père, Alojz Abram. À Noël 2016, Jannik a commencé à prendre des photos d’Alojz en streetwear et les a postées sur les réseaux sociaux. Les internautes ont tout de suite aimé leur compte, qui est rapidement devenu un phénomène viral. Alojz a reçu le surnom de « Gramps » grâce à son nombre croissant de followers, actuellement plus de 5,2 millions sur TikTok et 2,5 millions sur Instagram via @jaadiee.
Quelques années après, en 2021, ils ont fondé la marque GRAMPS et la 1ère collection a été lancée en 2023, Son style : associer des motifs traditionnels à des accents modernes, en s’inspirant des tendances des décennies passées. Ce label se veut intergénérationnel, comme ses fondateurs, et incarne une philosophie de style intemporel. Pour trouver l’inspiration pour créer cette paire collaborative, Jannik s’est replongé en enfance, lorsqu’il portait des KangaROOS. Il en garde des souvenirs précieux et insouciants de vacances d’été à la plage.
La KangaROOS Originals HOT SHOT LO x GRAMPS « Greetings from the beach » opte pour un coloris clair blanc cassé/beige rappelant le sable chaud de la plage, avec des touches bleu clair représentant l’eau de mer et le ciel.
Elle se compose d’un upper combinant du cuir et du daim provenant d’une tannerie certifiée LWG Gold Medal, du mesh recyclé, avec des empiècements en textile Lycra 100% polyester recyclé. Pour finaliser le thème et affirmer l’engagement, l’insole apparaît en PU 95 % recyclé et l’outsole en caoutchouc 30 % recyclé.
La paire sera livrée dans une box premium spéciale et enveloppée dans un bandana bleu clair exclusif de GRAMPS.

The KangaROOS Originals HOT SHOT LO x GRAMPS « Greetings from the beach » opts for a light off-white/beige colorway reminiscent of warm beach sand, with light blue accents representing seawater and sky.
It consists of an upper combining leather and suede from an LWG Gold Medal-certified tannery, recycled mesh, with inserts in 100% recycled polyester Lycra textile. To finalize the theme and affirm the commitment, the insole appears in 95% recycled PU and the outsole in 30% recycled rubber.
The pair will be delivered in a special premium box and wrapped in an exclusive GRAMPS light blue bandana.
