Fondé par Tim Suen et Sam Le Roy en 2020 (pendant le confinement), HARTCOPY démontre que les projets menés par passion peuvent devenir des plateformes influentes. Débutant comme une page Instagram d’archives de sneakers, HARTCOPY a rapidement connu une belle popularité, a sorti un livre et aujourd’hui présente sa 1ère collaboration.
HARTCOPY s’est associé à la légendaire marque de sport ADIDAS pour créer une édition spéciale du modèle d’archive BW ARMY.
Initialement sortie des les années 70 en tant que chaussure d’entraînement pour l’armée allemande, cette silhouette apparaît aujourd’hui modernisée, tout en gardant son charme d’époque.
Elle se compose d’un upper en cuir blanc avec des superpositions retravaillées en cuir nubuck souple gris neutre, au niveau du typique T-toe et du talon. Pour compléter le look et affirmer la collab, de délicates coutures rouges en zig-zag – représentant la marque HARTCOPY- se distinguent sur le quarter panel près des œillets de lacets supérieurs. La paire est dépourvue de tout autre détail de branding HARTCOPY ou adidas. Simplement, l’insole du pied droit se pare du logo HARTCOPY printé et l’insole du pied reprant le Trefoil d’adidas. Une doublure intérieure crème et une semelle en caoutchouc gomme également finalisent harmonieusement le look retro-chic de ce 1er opus collaboratif.

HARTCOPY has teamed up with legendary sports brand ADIDAS to create a special edition of the BW ARMY archive model.
Originally released in the 70s as a training shoe for the German army, this silhouette now appears modernized, while retaining its period charm.
It consists of a white leather upper with reworked overlays in soft, neutral gray nubuck leather, at the typical T-toe and heel. To complete the look and affirm the collab, delicate red zig-zag stitching – representing HARTCOPY branding – stands out on the quarter panel near the upper lace eyelets. The pair is devoid of any other HARTCOPY or adidas branding details. Simply, the insole on the right foot is adorned with the printed HARTCOPY logo and the insole on the foot features the adidas Trefoil. A cream inner lining and gum rubber sole also harmoniously finalize the retro-chic look of this 1st collaborative opus.
