La situation en Palestine est effroyable, le peuple souffre et a besoin d’aide. Plusieurs marques se sont unies pour apporter leur soutien au peuple palestinien, à travers la conception d’un t-shirt de collecte de fonds pour Gaza.
Une quinzaine de marques participent à cet effort de collecte de fonds pour aider à fournir une aide médicale aux palestiniens. Entre autres, on retrouve les labels streetwear PATTA, BRAIN DEAD, CACTUS PLANT FLEA MARKET et ADISH.
Afin de symboliser le message des palestiniens, le t-shirt blanc se pare d’une illustration sur la poitrine aux autres couleurs du drapeau palestinien : verte, noire et rouge. Il s’agit d’une sérigraphie d’œuvres d’art originales de l’artiste basée aux Etats-Unis, Emma Kohlmann. On découvre un oiseau et un papillon qui se rencontrent au dessus d’une branche d’arbre. Ce design est complété par une fleur rouge brodée à la main par des artisans traditionnels palestiniens. Sur la face arrière du t-shirt, les logos de tous les participants à cet effort de bienfaisance sont apposés en noir.
Chaque t-shirt sera accompagné d’un dépliant sur la réforme électorale, qui contient des informations sur les prochaines étages du plaidoyer en Palestine. Ce dépliant sera également disponible pour tout le monde en téléchargement gratuit sans achat, le but étant d’informer au maximum.
Le t-shirt de collecte de fonds pour Gaza est disponible online en précommande sur shop.adishstudios.com. Le prix est fixé à 50€. La totalité du produit des ventes sera reversée à parts égales au Fonds palestinien de secours à l’enfance, à la Société palestinienne de secours médical et à l’aide médicale aux palestiniens.
[:en]The situation in Palestine is appalling, the people are suffering and need help. Several brands have come together to support the Palestinian people through the design of a fundraiser t-shirt for Gaza.
About 15 brands are participating in this fundraising effort to help provide medical aid to the Palestinians. Among them are streetwear labels PATTA, BRAIN DEAD, CACTUS PLANT FLEA MARKET and ADISH.
In order to symbolize the message of the Palestinians, the white t-shirt is adorned with an illustration on the chest in the other colors of the Palestinian flag : green, black and red. It’s a silkscreen of original artwork by the artist based in the United States, Emma Kohlmann. It features a bird and a butterfly meeting above a tree branch. This design is complemented by a red flower hand embroidered by traditional Palestinian artisans. On the back of the t-shirt, the logos of all the participants in this charitable effort are emblazoned in black.
Each t-shirt will be accompanied by a flyer on electoral reform, which contains information on the upcoming stages of advocacy in Palestine. This flyer will also be available to everyone as a free download without purchase, the goal being to inform as much as possible.
The Gaza fundraiser t-shirt is available online for pre-order at shop.adishstudios.com. The price is set at 60$. All proceeds from sales will be donated in equal parts to the Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, the Palestinian Medical Relief Society and Medical Aid for Palestinian.
