As part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the popular Xbox console, Microsoft has partnered with the Brand with the 3-Stripes to reinterpret the popular adidas Forum Low silhouette. This version named « Xbox 20th Forum Tech » marks the kick-off of a global partnership between the 2 brands.
Xbox has stated that this pair is the first in a series of collaborations. The two partners will bring us several new collaborative sneakers inspired by the various generations of Xbox consoles.
This shoe aims to pay tribute to the historical influence of the 2 brands in entertainment and pop/street culture. Sporting a design inspired by the first Xbox console from 2001, the bball comes in an iconic black and neon green color palette. It features a black base enhanced by green elements including overlays, eyelets and the iconic 3-Stripes on the side. The look is completed with the Xbox logo on the black tongue and black laces with white stripes. The whole shoe sits on a translucent green sole, a nod to the bright « X » logo of Microsoft’s gaming system.
