Eco-friendly brand DFNS continues to expand its popularity by working with various sneaker and streetwear stores. For its latest project, the Dutch label has teamed up with fellow Rotterdam-based shop WOEI to develop a special cleaning kit.
DFNS is attracting interest from consumers and major sports brands with its environmentally friendly products. This label shakes up the habits of shoe cleaning and is distributed today in several big brands, like COURIR, Snipes or JDsport.
Together with WOEI, the Dutch shop founded by Tjin Woei in 2007, DFNS has designed a special sustainable cleaning kit comprising 3 essential and indispensable products.
The kit consists of a cleaning cloth and a brush, the handle of which is made of recycled plastic from soccer shoe cleats. The product chosen to be included in this kit is the famous CLEANER gel in 90ml/3FloZ format.
This product is used to clean the dirtiest sneakers and make them look like new. It’s water based, biodegradable and solvent free. The Cleaner is manufactured in a Cradle to Cradle Gold certified factory (recognized as a safe and sustainable product with a positive impact on the planet). Also, it’s contained in a tube made from sugar cane that is 100% biodegradable.
All of these items come in special WOEI packaging, which highlights the Rotterdam-based store’s colorful logo.
The Woei x DFNS Cleaning Kit will be available from December 2, 2022, for $21 (€20), in stores and online at woei-webshop.nl. Let’s go !
