After the success of their first collaborative collection released last December (article available HERE), the Japanese artist Takashi Murakami and the American brand New Era are preparing a new opus.
The 2 partners offer us a capsule of 3 pieces taking up the design of the initial collab. While the 1st drop included caps, beanies and t-shirts, this new collection completes the offer by consisting of 2 bag options, a backpack and a waist bag, and a brand new 9FIFTY cap.
The bags appear in black and are adorned with the famous multicolored flowers emblematic of the Japanese artist.
The backpack has side pockets for drinks and a space to hold a laptop. The waist bag is practical and functional thanks to its interior and exterior mesh pockets, as well as its ring for keys or carabiner. The black cap features colorful KaiKai Kiki embroidery on the front panels and has a removable machine washable lining.
The new Takashi Murakami x New Era capsule will be released on April 22, 2022 on the American brand neweracap.com. Prices range from $60 (7700¥) to $103 (13200¥). Don’t sleep !
