A few days ago, the famous French cognac company HENNESSY presented its collaboration with designer Stéphane Ashpool, based on the Cognac Hennessy Very Special. To showcase this exclusive product, the spirits house is organizing a 10-day Parisian pop-up.

This atypical event will take place in the heart of Pigalle, the district from which Stéphane Ashpool hails and whose name his brand bears.

The pop-up will comprise 2 spaces. On one side, a concept-store featuring the brand-new limited edition Cognac Hennessy Very Special designed by Stéphane Ashpool, and on the other, a bar with an original cocktail menu and street food offering.

The bottle, reinterpreted by the founder of the PIGALLE brand, will be sold in a box exclusively available in this shop. The offer also includes 30 special editions signed by Stéphane Ashpool.

Street food at the bar will be prepared by the team at ECHO restaurant, a Parisian spot inspired by Californian food. For the original cocktail menu, HENNESSY has called on its Brand Ambassador, Adama Ballo. Visitors will be able to sample the famous “Le Caméléon” cocktail, which has been created to celebrate the collaboration. The drink is an aromatic, floral version of the legendary Mojito. It features the same colors as the Hennessy bottle reinvented by the Parisian designer.

STR.EAT, the pop-up by Hennessy V.S, will take place from June 15, 2023 to June 25, 2023 at Pigalle, 40 rue Pierre Fontaine 75009 Paris. The boutique will be open from 4pm to 8pm on weekdays and from 2pm to 2am on weekends. The price of the limited bottle is set at 52€, and the version signed by Stéphane Ashpool will cost 89€.
