On the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the « Empire Strikes Back », Adidas has once again partnered with the Star Wars franchise to offer us a series of collaborations on different cult silhouettes of the German brand. Today, it’s the famous Adidas Ultra Boost that comes to represent Princess Leia.
The pair consists of a white and off-white Primeknit upper combined with a leather cage and a printed heel counter. We find the name of Princess Leia on the heel as well as her portrait on the tongue label. The whole is based on a white midsole with Boost technology and a black outsole.
A Top Ten Hi “C3-PO” and an NMD R1 « Stormtroopers » should certainly release at the same time as the Ultra Boost « Princess Leia ».
The film was released on May 21, 1980,so it’s very likely that this collaboration will be soon be available in stores. Stay tuned…
