In addition to being an exceptional shop, SNEAKERSNSTUFF is a reference in terms of collaborations. For many years, Erik Fagerlind and Peter Jansson have been regularly offering products designed in collaboration with talented brands (several articles available on this site). The latest one is a Saucony Shadow 6000 with a retro look.
SAUCONY introduced the Shadow 6000 model in 1991. SNS wanted to pay tribute to the birth of this silhouette through its collaborative version. The Shadow 6000 reimagined by the Swedish store sports a look inspired by the fashion trends of the early 90s.
Crafted from suede and nubuck, the shoe features a perforated grey upper, complemented by smooth nubuck overlays in tonal and with a cream insert. To ensure the reference to the 90’s, the side S logo is presented in purple, the mudguard appears in khaki beige suede rather hairy and the upper eyelets are dyed in neon pink. The latter color also stands out on the tongue, heel and insole co-branding. The pair benefits from a navy blue tongue with matching laces, as well as a grey inner lining. The whole is based on a white and grey midsole with a speckled effect, and a black outsole that harmoniously finalizes the design.
The SNS X Saucony Shadow 6000 was released on August 23, 2022 exclusively in stores and online at sneakersnstuff.com. It will be launched globally on September 10, 2022 at $160 at selected retailers like 43einhalb, AFEW et OVERKILL and Il will be available on September 20, 2022 on other store like asphaltgold.
