After celebrating the 30th anniversary of the Nike Huarache with a special edition a few weeks ago (article available HERE), the famous British retailer SIZE? reworks for the 2nd time one of the key silhouettes of the year 2021 : the New Balance 550.
For the first reinterpretation, SIZE? offered a special version dressed in white leather with orange accents.
For the winter season, the retailer is releasing 3 new styles in high quality furry suede. To complete the construction, durable Cordura fabric has been added. The combination is affirmed by a Cordura tag sewn under the ankle, not far from the iconic side N logo. In terms of colorways, the pair comes in Grey/Forest Green, Beige/Khaki-Navy Blue and Light Brown/Honey-Forest Green. The last two options have a black inner lining and a matching sole, while the first one has a grey inner lining to match the upper and a vintage cream sole. The harmonious color scheme of the upper is enhanced by a contrasting side N logo. The look is finalized with two-tone elements, such as the tongue branding and hiking-inspired laces.
The Size? x New Balance 550 « Cordura Pack » will be released in early 2022 via Size?, in stores, online at sizeofficial.com or possibly on the SIZE?launches app. More info to come, stay tuned !
