Last August, the famous British retailer SIZE? teased a new collaboration with the brand NEW BALANCE based on the 1906R silhouette. Unveiled in 2 colorways, the « Green/Black » version gets a release date first.
Renamed 1906R after being updated, the NB 1906 was originally a running silhouette introduced in the early 2000s. Like the popular NB 2002R, it features a lifestyle sole unit with N-Ergy technology taken from the NB 860v2.
This special version has a bold flashy look. It consists of a breathable mesh upper in mint green, complemented by tonal or black leather and synthetic overlays that add a stylish touch of contrast. This two-tone style is also reflected in the tongue tag and the iconic side N logo. The latter is also adorned with the Nlock lacing system name in the middle. To complete the look, the model’s name appears in mint green on a black under-ankle overlay and the pair boasts a two-tone mint green and black sole.
The Size?-Exclusive New Balance 1906R « Green/Black » will be released on February 16, 2023 via an open raffle of the on the Size?Launches app since February 11, 2023. The price is set at £140 ($168) in both men and women sizes. Let’s go !
