A few days after offering us a new 990V3 designed with PATTA, the NEW BALANCE brand unveils a new collaboration with RUN THE BOROUGHS. The London-based running club has brought its touch to the 730’s silhouette.
The running collective formed in 2018 decided to revisit the NB730 ahead of this year’s TCS London Marathon, after reimagining the NB991 in 2021.
This Made in UK pair combines RUN THE BOROUGHS’ iconic colors : different shades of blue and white.
It consists of an indigo blue nylon upper with matching premium suede overlays. To complete the look, the Flimby-made pair features white stitching and a sky blue heel insert. This NB 730 collaborative also references the race course via the sky blue line on the white tongue. A RUN THE BOROUGHS branding on the heel and an all-white side N logo assert the design and add contrast. The whole is based on a white midsole paired with a black outsoule.
The Run the Boroughs x New Balance 730 Made in UK will be released soon, in correlation with the London Marathon held on October 2, 2022, at select retailers and on newbalance.com. Stay tuned !
