Le célèbre shop de Londres Footpatrol et le plus connu des shops Australien basé à Perth Highs and Lows, se sont associés à Reebok Classics afin de nous proposer une collaboration placée sous le signe de la jeunesse, du partage et de la communauté.
Ce projet commun intitulé “Common Youth” s’inspire des expériences de jeunesse (à la fin des années 80) du fondateur de la boutique HAL: Matt Thomas. En effet, c’est à l’adolescence, lors de voyages familiaux entre l’Australie et l’Angleterre que Matt a pu se rendre compte de similitudes entre la culture de la jeunesse Australienne et Britannique.
Au regard de cette époque, les deux shops ont décidé de travailler sur deux silhouettes emblématiques: la Reebok Classic Leather Clip (Une interprétation de la Classic Leather des année 80), et la Reebok Phase One Pro introduite sur le marché dans les années 80.
Les deux silhouettes se composent d’un upper en cuir blanc de qualité supérieure faisant référence à la qualité utilisée à cette époque. Les touches de couleurs bordeaux et bleues complétées par des touches d’or et d’argent font références aux passeports Britanniques et Australiens. On retrouve un emblème composé d’un lion et d’un kangourou entourant le logo Reebok Classic sur la languette. D’autres détails comme les logos de FP et H&L sont gravés couleur or au niveau du talon.
Une ligne de vêtements sera également proposée avec le pack de sneakers.
La collection Footpatrol / HAL «Common Youth» sera disponible en magasin et online chez FootPatrol Londres et Paris et Highs & Lows le vendredi 24 août.

The famous London shop Footpatrol and the most famous Australian shops based in Perth Highs and Lows, have teamed up with Reebok Classics to offer us a collaboration focused on youth, sharing and community.
This joint project entitled “Common Youth” is inspired by the youth experiences (in the late 80s) of the founder of the HAL store: Matt Thomas. Indeed, it was during adolescence, during family trips between Australia and England that Matt was able to see similarities between the Australian and British youth culture.
At this time, the two shops decided to work on two emblematic silhouettes: the Reebok Classic Leather Clip (an interpretation of the Classic Leather of the 80s), and the Reebok Phase One Pro introduced on the market in the 80s.
The two silhouettes consist of a high quality white leather upper referring to the quality used at that time. The burgundy and blue color keys complemented by touches of gold and silver refer to the British and Australian passports. We find an emblem consisting of a lion and a kangaroo surrounding the Reebok Classic logo on the tongue. Other details like the FP and H&L gold logos are engraved at the heel.
A clothing line will also be offered with the sneaker pack.
The Footpatrol / HAL “Common Youth” collection will be available in stores and online at FootPatrol London / Paris and Highs & Lows on Friday 24 August.
