The Swoosh brand continues to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its legendary Air Force 1 with special editions and various collabs. While it is still possible for a few hours to get the RTFKT x AF1 Lows « Murakami Drip » and « Murakami DNA » in physical form, Nike unveils an exclusive version designed with Premium Goods.

Founded in 2004 by Jennifer Ford and located in Houston, Premium Goods was the first independent sneakershop in Texas. With its qualitative and selective offer, the store quickly gained popularity and became a must-have destination for all sneaker and style lovers. For many years, it has been an integral part of Houston’s culture. Local artists, musicians, designers and sportsmen have been able to collaborate with this famous brand.
For the record, in 2006, the Houston shop was invited by Nike to design a Zoom Kobe 1. Validated by Kobe Bryant himself, this pair was released in very limited quantities on August 8 of the same year.
Premium Goods also opened a store in New York, Brooklyn to be precise.

For this collaboration with Nike, Jennifer Ford and her team wanted to add a luxurious touch to the ultimate street silhouette, the Air Force 1.
This special version features a high-end construction. It consists of a cream leather upper with padded panels. Black leather overlays ensure the pair’s stylish look. To take the style a step further, the side Swoosh and heel tab are dressed up with small beads and the dubraes are gilded with luxurious decorations. A perforated white tongue, cream rope laces and black inner lining finalize the look. Premium Goods branding appears in red on the tongue tag, with « est. 2004 » on the inside, as well as in gold with luxurious decorations on the black insole. The whole is based on an off-white sole.

The pair will come with 3 sets of laces with metallic gold aglets and in a specially designed box.

The Premium Goods x Nike Air Force 1 Low will be released soon, probably on October 1st 2022, at a price of $150, in stores and selected retailers, as well as online on the websites of partners premiumgoodshtx.com and nike.com. Stay tuned !
