The famous London shop PALACE continues its momentum of catchy collaborations at the end of 2022. After teaming up with streetwear pioneer C.P COMPANY in the middle of the month, Lev Tanju’s store ends this December with a collab with iconic Californian label VANS.
This new opus is based on the Half Cab ’92 silhouette.
It participates in the celebration of the 30th anniversary of the signature model of the skateboarding legend, Steve Caballero.
The revisited sneaker is available in 3 colorways : Black, Navy and Goldenrod.
It consists of a primarily suede construction in black, navy or mustard yellow depending on the version. The upper features GORE-TEX to ensure weather resistance, while improving comfort and breathability. To complete the look, the stitching on the upper appears in contrasting white, as do the laces and midsole. The inner lining and tongue are dressed in black. As for branding details, the classic black and white ‘HALF CAB’ tag is paired with ‘PALACE’ and stands out on the tongue and under the ankle. ‘GORE-TEX’ branding is also found in two areas of the foot : on the tonal embroidered side heel and on the sewn-in tag near the upper eyelets. PALACE’ is also found on the back of the heel, above the iconic red ‘VANS OFF THE WALL’ badge.
