After reworking the popular adidas Forum 84 Hi last year, the American shop PACKER has teamed up with Reebok to reinterpret another iconic silhouette : the Club C 85. The partners present us with a simple but refined version, with a much appreciated « streetwear-chic » look.
The PACKER team defines this special Reebok Club C as « an exercise in subtle reinvention ».
The shoe retains its classic aesthetic but is adorned with exclusive materials and details.
Appearing in the iconic white colorway, the shoe consists of a mismatched leather upper. The right foot benefits from smooth white premium leather, while the left foot is presented in full grain grained leather. Tonal tongue and a white branding tag simply adorned with the word « CLASSIC » in burgundy ensure the refined look. The elegant deep burgundy hue is also used for the plush interior lining and the Packer P initial that replaces the traditional REEBOK branding window on the quarter panel. White laces and a light grey insole featuring the American shop’s name complete the design. A yellowed midsole and a light grey rubber outsole add the final retro touch.
The Packer x Reebok Club C 85 will be released on December 2, 2022 at 11am EST for $120, exclusively at Packer stores in Teaneck and Jersey, and online at packershoes.com. Don’t sleep !
