The famous German sportswear brand ADIDAS is always on the lookout for innovation in order to offer us attractive exclusive models and sought-after collabs. In addition to introducing new products designed in partnership with Sean Wotherspoon, the 3-stripes brand enriches its « Adilicious City » series with a ZX 8000 inspired by the Ø27 Kebab restaurant in Berlin.
The « Adilicious City » series is an ongoing collaborative initiative by adidas with 11 iconic restaurants in 11 cities around the world. The German brand has connected with a wide variety of communities to bring us uniquely designed sneakers and allow the restaurant managers to share their stories across borders.
The adidas ZX 8000 Special Ø27 Kebab opts for a stylish look in shade of light grey and white.
It consists of a combination mesh and white suede upper, and features light grey side 3-Stripes. A touch of contrast is provided by black elements such as the TPU eyelets, inner lining, toe cap and graphic insole featuring the Ø27 restaurant branding and its slogan « NOT YOUR ORDINARY KEBAB ». The co-branding adorns the tongue and lace aglets. To complete the design, the heel counter appears translucent and the laces sinch in orange. The pair will come with additional sets of laces, including a bright orange. The whole is based on a yellowed white midsole and a black outsole that harmoniously complete the look.
The adidas ZX 8000 Ø27 Kebab « Adilicious City Series » will be released in Europe on August 25, 2022 via a special event at OVERKILL Berlin and online at adidas.com. Be ready !
