To start this year 2021, the brand of Beaverton had launched a new silhouette named Nike Waffle One. It’s now offered in several colorways and multiple sizes at the famous French sportswear brand COURIR.
The Nike Waffle One draws its inspiration from the archives of the Waffle line born in the 70s. This shoe with retro running DNA also uses modern elements taken from the successful collabs Sacai LDWaffle and Undercover Daybreak. These include a TPU stacked heel clip and a revamped Waffle outsole, as well as semi-translucent mesh on the upper and zig-zag stitching. These details provide a fashion-forward look with comfort. Nike has succeeded in taking a classic shoe concept and reinterpreting it in an improved and contemporary version, without losing the link with its roots.
COURIR offers us timeless black or white colorways, and other more daring and summery Pink/Yellow or Green/Lime. These different iterations have in common a white midsole combined with a black outsole, as well as a range of sizes from Baby to Men.
These Nike Waffle One are available since June 3, 2021 in COURIR stores and online at courir.com. Prices range from 55€ for baby sizes to 100€ for adult sizes. Do not sleep !
