Before the official launch of the 19th signature sneaker of LeBron James, Nike presents a new variation of the LeBron 18. Already reinterpreted by shops like ATMOS (articles available HERE), the King James’ shoe has the theme « Stewie Griffin ».
This shoe takes the design of the unreleased sample Nike LeBron 6 « Stewie Griffin ».
It’s inspired by the fictional character Stewie Griffin from the animated TV series Family Guy, adorning itself in a color palette that matches his outfit. The shoe combines white on the sides and heel, yellow on the toe box and tongue, light blue on the mudguard area and heel clip, and red running down from the bottom eyelets to the midsole, which takes the shape of Stewie’s overalls straps. To accentuate the « cartoon » style, each element features black outlines. The iconic side Swoosh stands out thanks to this styling effect and LeBron James’ signature adorns the tongue. The whole is based on a white React midsole complemented by a large Air Max unit under the heel to ensure comfort and performance.
The Nike LeBron 18 Low « Stewie Griffin » will be released in the coming months at select retailers and on nike.com, with a suggested retail price of 130$. More info to come, stay tuned.
