After presenting us a Nike Dunk Low « Purple Pulse » adorned with a new style of color blocking (article available HERE), the giant of Beaverton unveils a new iteration playing this time with the color yellow and named « Yellow Strike ».
These two pairs, which appeared a few hours apart, could be part of a larger series with a common concept of an acid-washed finish.
The « Yellow Strike » version consists of a white leather upper, enhanced by yellow washed leather overlays with a mottled pattern. To accentuate the contrast, we discover elements of a strong yellow color, such as the suede side Swoosh, tongue and heel brandings, as well as the insole. An inner lining, tongue and laces in white color complete the design. The whole is based on a white midsole coupled with a gum outsole reminiscent of the pastel yellow color of the upper.
The Nike Dunk Low « Yellow Strike » is expected to be released in the coming weeks at select retailers and nike.com for the usual price of 100$. For the latest official details, stay tuned !
