The American giant NIKE tries to update its cult silhouettes in order to make them always very attractive despite the passing years and the increasing offer of the competition. Last summer, the brand with the Swoosh offered us an Air Max Plus « Brixton » from the commemorative « City pack ». It returns today with a special « White » version.
This exclusive Nike Air Max Plus strongly recalls the pair « Stage Use » that Drake wore in 2018 during his tour with the Migos (RIP Take Off). Still, it’s adorned with small differences.
The AM Plus « White » consists of a white mesh upper complemented by TPU and leather elements in matching colors. The originality of this version lies in the toggle lacing system that gives the model a new, very modern and eye-catching look. These laces appear in white with dots of grey matching the reflective side Swoosh. Orange details such as the tongue and insole branding, as well as the Air units add contrast and flair to the pair. A white midsole and grey outsole with orange accents under the heel add the final harmonious touch to the design.
The Nike Air Max Plus « White » will be released over the next few months at select retailers and nike.com for $180. A black colorway could be launched in parallel… Stay tuned !
