Nike Air Max 95 OG « Neon »

The American giant Nike continues its celebration of the 25th anniversary of the iconic Air Max 95 by reissuing its cult colorway « Neon ». Eagerly awaited by sneakerheads, the silhouette imagined by Italian designer Sergio Lozano, returns in its OG shape.

The design of this sneaker was inspired by a rainy day at Nike’s Beaverton headquarters and the human anatomy. Sergio Lozano has merged these two influences to create a silhouette with a new and emblematic aesthetic.

The shoe consists of mesh and suede. It combines a gradient of grey color on the quarter panel undulations and white to shape the mesh area, partially covering the eyelets and the black kick. Legendary Neon accents can be found on the laces eyelets, tongue branding, mini Swoosh on the side heel and Air units in the black midsole. A white tongue, dark grey mudgard, Neon insole and some reflective 3M details complete the look. The return of the original PSI (air pressure measurement) measurements under the sole affirms the desire to make this pair identical to the original 1995 model.

The Nike Air Max 95 OG « Neon » will be released on December 17, 2020 in full family sizes at nike.com and selected retailers such as OVERKILL, AFEW, SNS or 43 Einhalb for a suggested retail price of 170€.
