[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]On the occasion of the last Air Max Day, Nike offered us an Air Max 90 inspired by the mythical “Duck Camo” model designed by Hirofumi Kojima in 2013 for Atmos. A version 2.0 with infrared touches also paying tribute to the AM90 infrared released 30 years ago.
It’s important to remind that this AM90 is not a collaboration with the Atmos store but a reinterpretation of the model imagined by Koji. Having been able to discuss with the latter, this project has been realized with his blessing.
I propose you to discover this “Reverse” Duck Camo at my feet.
The pair consists of an upper in infrared mesh and a camo liner on the mudguard and tongue. There are some black elements such as the swoosh, which is dressed with a liner in a snakeskin style . The whole is based on a white and black midsole at the heel, with an infrared air unit, like the outsole.
Personally, I completely validate this “Reverse” version, which pays tribute to two colours that are part of the history of this silhouette.
