NIKE AIR MAX 90 “BACON”

[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]A few months ago, I told you in an article (available HERE) about the famous Nike Air Max 90 « Bacon ». A shoe released in 2004 made in partnership with the New York shop Dave’s Quality Meat (DQM). Having had the chance to receive it thanks to my partner FOOTSHOP, I suggest you to discover it in pictures on my feet.

The design of this Air Max 90 « Bacon » is naturally inspired by the butcher’s pieces and more particularly the slices of bacon that Americans enjoy for breakfast. The color palette used refers to this greedy meat.

The pair consists of an upper combining leather and suede. We find a cream-colored base with red and beige overlays, and toasted brown inserts. The side swoosh and the tongue are candy pink. This last color is used to define the branding on the heel tab and the visible Air unit. The whole is based on an off-white midsole with the compartment containing the Air unit in brown. To complete the matching, the outsole appears in a toasted brown color.

I find this reissue very well done. The shape remains effective, as the distribution of the colors immediately recognizable at first glance. The finishes (on my pair) are correct. In the end, I validate in 100% this reissue which seems to me essential in a collection.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”44506″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
