[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]A few weeks ago, I told you about the Nike Air Max 1 Strawberry Lemonade in an article (available HERE). A pair of pink shoes paying tribute to the Lemonade OG of 2006 which was part of the famous « Powerwall » collection.
I suggest you to discover it in pictures at my feet.
It’s made of an upper combining mesh on the toe box and nylon on the middle of the foot and collar, with leather overlays. The mudguard and the side Swoosh are in smooth light pink leather while the side panels and the heel are covered with a white « air » retro 70’s style pattern. Reflective 3M details, a strawberry logo on the tongue label and light yellow laces complete the look. In a final nod to the original « Lemonade » from 2006, the vintage yellowed insole feature a strawberry and lemon print, and the « air » mention appears in lemon color on the back of the heel. The whole is based on a white midsole with the yellowed transparent Air unit combined with a black outsole.
I find this new iteration beautiful with its pink shades and 3M details. The different pairs of laces supplied with this AM1 allow you to let your imagination run wild in terms of matching.
