The legendary Nike Air Max 1 continues to be widely celebrated for its 35th anniversary. In addition to being part of the special SNKRS Day 2022 pack a few days ago (article available HERE), the silhouette imagined by the famous designer Tinker Hatfield is presented today in an exclusive colorway « Duck Pecan ».
The « Pecan » colorway, which dresses this new Air Max 1, is mainly different shades of brown. The sneaker has a duck themed look and features a rather autumnal color palette with touches of yellow.
Made from several different kinds of suede, it consists of a dark brown upper, complemented by light brown overlays and a beige mudguard. A nice touch of boldness is provided by yellow elements : the side Swoosh, the laces, the silhouette of a duck embroidered on the heel and the outsole. The harmony of the design is provided by a dark brown tongue, a beige inner lining and a white midsole.
The Nike Air Max 1 « Duck Pecan » is expected to be released during the fall 2022 season at select retailers and on nike.com. Another yet-to-be-revealed « Black/Honeydew » colorway could be introduced at the same time… Stay tuned !
