After having seduced big names of the US rap scene and TV stars, such as the actress Maisie Williams from Game Of Thrones, the French brand M+RC NOIR continues its meteoric rise in the lifestyle and streetwear market. For the first time, it’s infiltrating the sneaker world by teasing a footwear collaboration with the famous Japanese equipment manufacturer ASICS.
Founded in 2014, the Parisian lifestyle brand M+RC NOIR introduces itself like this : « We born with no dreams, we had no goal, but an ideal. The ideal is to create a community that will break the boundaries between cultures ». This idea can be found in its design creativity but also in the way it distributes his products. The MC+RC NOIR label innovates, surprises and seduces. This first collaborative project with ASICS will further accentuate its strong popularity.
According to the only two photos published, the shoe that will be proposed to us is essentially dressed in black leather, the favorite color of M+RC NOIR. This base is contrasted by metallic silver grey accents, such as Tiger Stripes, inserts on the toe box (or the entire toe box) and fabric eyelets that can also be glow-in-the-dark. The light grey brandings are coupled and affixed to the black tongue label. To affirm the design, the insole, lining and inner lining also appear in black. The round laces, meanwhile, are two-tone, black speckled with grey.
It’s not clear from the images which silhouette was used to develop this new collaboration. But from the preview of the shape and the visible part of the sole, it’s likely that we find the runners GEL KAYANO 5 360 or GEL QUANTUM… To be confirmed.
