[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]A few weeks ago, I told you in an article (available HERE) about the very first collaboration between the Chinese sneaker store DOE and the Japanese sneaker brand Mizuno. It’s on the silhouette of the Wave Rider 10 and around a sport dear to Mizuno, Baseball, that the two brands decided to collaborate for a beautiful final product.
Having had the opportunity to have this Mizuno in exclusivity accompanied by a complete outfit stamped DOE, I suggest you to discover all these articles through my photos.
The pair consists of a white leather upper with tone-on-tone overlays on the forefoot and the heel. On the sides of the shoe, we discover a brown stripe reminiscent of the color of the baseball glove as well as the ground of the playgrounds. Visible red stitching, joining this stripe to the vamp, appear as a nod to the way the balls are made. Red accents, such as the heel strap or logo on the back of the shoe, complete the look. For an additional touch of elegance, the impressive DOE brand is subtly distinguished underneath the side RunBird in the same color. A white tongue with a tone-on-tone label and matching lining and laces complete the neat look of the pair. The whole is based on a white high-performance sole with a thin red stripe under the heel.
In terms of my DOE set, I was pleasantly surprised by the premium quality products. The hoodie, like the pants, is made from fabrics with a weight of an incredible thickness.
