During this fall 2022, the prestigious brand LOUIS VUITTON makes us think of the beautiful days by unveiling its Spring 2023 Men’s Pre-Collection. This assortment of clothing and accessories features an ultra-contemporary look inspired by the transitional period between adolescence and adulthood.
The luxury brand LOUIS VUITTON was founded in 1854 in Paris. Manufacturing high-end leather goods, the French house has also offered ready-to-wear since the early 2000s. It was during this period that Bernard Arnault put his trust in Marc Jacobs by appointing him to head the fashion division. Thanks to his avant-garde vision, eccentricity and creativity, he led the Louis Vuitton brand to success by becoming a must in the world of luxury ready-to-wear. By collaborating with SUPREME in 2017 and with the help of the late designer Virgil Abloh from 2018 as Artistic Director for Men , the house of Louis Vuitton has managed to innovate by combining for the 1st time in an official way the world of luxury and the world of streetwear.
The Spring 2023 Men’s Pre-Collection keeps in mind the influence of streetwear on luxury fashion.
It includes, among others, a reversible parka down jacket, a black down jacket with matching leather LV monogram, a quilted black/white hooded jacket and sleeveless down jacket, a knitted jacket with shearling collar, a multi-pocket jacket in full shearling, a shearling-lined varsity jacket, various styles of sweaters, sweatshirts and hoodies, zip-up cardigans, jackets and jogging pants and shorts, shirts, t-shirts and jacket-pant combos in denim or fleece. Scarves and beanies are also available. The color palette is mostly black, with blue, green, red or orange. Some pieces also appear in white and enhanced with accents or prints of bright and contrasting colors. Others are adorned with bold patterns and LV logos revisited to imitate graffiti.
This Pre-Collection is completed by leather goods such as different models of bags, wallets and pocket organizers, as well as a speaker trunk.
