After unveiling a first NB 327 in grey denim in October (article available HERE), the legendary LEVI’S brand and the Boston-based equipment manufacturer New Balance finally put together a pack by adding two new iterations. One for men and one for women, in shades of blue denim.
These shoes mix a retro look from the 70’s with an asymmetrical design that is very much in vogue today.
They are made of white nylon on one side and denim on the other. For this new men’s pair, the denim is navy blue and for the women’s version, this material is faded blue. We find dark blue or light grey suede overlays, depending on the iteration, and the oversized white side N logo with the small red Levi’s signature label. To complete the design, a beige leather laces loop stands out on the two-tone tongue, the traditional royal blue NB logo is retained on the white tongue label, and the insole pays tribute to the long-gone Levi’s shoe line with the inscription « Levi’s For Feet ». The whole is based on a white midsole and a rubber outsole.
To complete this collaborative project, the two partners also designed a reversible trucker jacket and a graphic t-shirt.
The « Denim Pack » Levi’s x New Balance 327, consisting of 2 colorways in men’s sizes and 1 exclusive women’s size, will be released on November 10, 2020 at selected retailers, on NewBalance.com and on the Levi’s application, for a price of 120€ per iteration. Be ready !
