The famous French high-end casual wear brand LACOSTE is expanding its Fall/Winter 2020 sneakers collection. After presenting us a few days ago a shoe inspired by the classic models of the 80’s, the « Ace Lift » (article available HERE), the legendary French label offers us a Lacoste « Storm 96 Lo » completely revisited for this new season.
In order to satisfy all sneaker lovers, this shoe is available in 12 colors, from the most daring (with very colorful Pop influences) to the most classic and discreet.
With this silhouette, the crocodile brand takes us back to the 90s. Indeed, the first racing model named Velocity 96 has been re-imagined by Lacoste to offer us this Storm 96 Lo.
These new iterations are inspired by the Storm 96 OG released in 1996, and are adorned with details subtly reminiscent of that very first pair.
This elegant shoe with a retro design features a knitted mesh upper with suede overlays on the front and back of the foot. The leather quarter panels are adorned with Lacoste’s iconic signature crocodile, appearing in relief and presented here in a rubberized finish. This famous logo is also found on the top of the tongue and the Lacoste trademark is applied to the heel. To assert the look that is both modern and rooted in the Lacoste heritage, this sneaker with its sharp shape is based on a thick reinforced sole, atypical and original, offering good quality comfort and support.
The Lacoste « Storm 96 Lo » Fall/Winter 2020 Men’s & Women’s Sneakers Collection in 12 colorways, is already available in the LACOSTE dealers and boutiques and on the Lacoste.com website. The price is set at 110€, sizes ranging from EU 35.5 to EU 47 (depending on the colorway).
