Always on top of the news and trends, Ronnie Fieg has announced the imminent release of his reinterpretation of the XT-6.
This eye-catching new collaboration will be released as part of KITH’s upcoming Monday Programm.
Ronnie Fieg and his team have added Gore-Tex to this technical model to make it even more essential for the cold and rainy seasons of the year. KITH is the first brand to adorn the XT-6 with this weather resistant material while providing breathability.
The Queens-based brand chose ‘PFC-free’ Gore-Tex (free of perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals) in an environmentally responsible and health-conscious approach. Considering that more than half of the most dangerous PFC chemicals are used in weatherproof clothing and footwear, this initiative by Ronnie Fieg is important to note.
This SALOMON XT-6 GTX collaborative comes to us in 3 colorways : blue, purple and beige. It has secondary color accents that add character and co-branding to the tongue tag.
The shoe features the Quicklace system for easy lacing and SensiFit construction for a comfortable and secure fit. The whole package sits on an EnergyCell ACS midsole for stability and comfort, paired with a Mud Contagrip outsole for maximum traction.
The KITH x Salomon XT-6 GTX trio will be released on December 19, 2022 in KITH stores, on the KITH app and online at kith.com. The price is set at $230 per pair. An Early Access will be available on the New York branded app on December 17, 2022. Don’t sleep !
