After having presented us an anniversary collection elaborated with the Californian of Vans Vault (article available HERE), the famous New York designer Ronnie FIEG teases an upcoming collab with his solid partner New Balance. The founder of the brand KITH has set his sights on the NB 990v3 silhouette, as well as recently the shop Bodega and the designer Joe Freshgoods.
Named « Genesis », the shoe is dressed in deep navy blue hues.
It consists of a mesh upper with leather and pig suede overlays in matching shades. The iconic N logo appears in solid color and stands out very subtly on the side panels. The design is complemented by reflective elements, such as the tongue and heel tab. Cream laces, white branding details embroidered on the tongue and the model name also emblazoned in white on the heel counter add a touch of contrast. The whole is based on a white midsole with ENCAP cushioning technology and a light grey ABZORB outsole that provides optimal durability and traction.
