KITH x Coca Cola x Converse Chuck Taylor 70 Low

The insatiable New York designer Ronnie Fieg continues to work on new projects. Since 2016, his label KITH has been associated annually with the most famous soft drink Coca Cola. For this fifth season of collaboration, Ronnie Fieg has unveiled a few first items with a classic vintage look. After posting an ivory hoodie on his Instagram account, the designer presents us a Converse Chuck Taylor 70 Low in 3 colorways.

The shoes are composed of an upper in the emblematic colors, one red, another ecru white and the last blue. We find the name Coca Cola embroidered in its signature writing on the side of the shoe, white thread for the red pair and red thread for the other two iterations. The laces and tongue are in the same color as the upper, harmonizing the look. Metal eyelets and the worn effect of the collar, tongue and laceguard seams add an extra vintage touch to the pair. To finalize the design, the Converse logo on the heel appears in red and the red KITH signature badge is affixed to the side of the sole. The latter, as well as the rubber shell on the toe box, are in a totally white colour.

The KITH x Coca Cola x Converse Chuck Taylor 70 Low will soon be available at KITH. In order to promote the launch of the 5th season of collaboration with Coca Cola, a KITH customized float ice cream truck will hit the streets of New York this weekend of August 8th, 2020.
