As part of the Kith Aspen 2021 collection, Ronnie Fieg unveils a collaboration with the adidas brand based on the Terrex Skychaser LT GORE-TEX silhouette. As always with the famous Queens designer, this project is inspired by his interests. This time, in this case, from his ski trips to the city of Aspen.
As has been the case for the past 5 years, Ronnie Fieg has prepared functional footwear for himself, his travel friends and all other winter sports enthusiasts.
For this new ski season, ADIDAS and KITH are offering a very rugged boot, the Terrex Skychaser LT GORE-TEX, reworked to match the style of the Kith Aspen 2021 collection. It features a mostly navy blue textile upper with a GORE-TEX lining that keeps feet dry. An elegant touch of contrast is provided by a royal blue synthetic reinforcement around the toes and a red heel. The iconic adidas 3-Stripes are featured in white, blue and red, with TERREX and KITH branding in white above. To promote safety while looking stylish, subtle reflective inserts appear around the upper foot and on the round speckled laces. Red heel pulls, a black and yellow GORE-TEX label arranged in dubrae fashion and red and white adidas x Kith tongue co-branding complete the design. To maximize comfort, the tongue is thick and the ankles are reinforced. The whole is based on a white, navy blue and red BOOST technology midsole, coupled with an efficient black Continental rubber lugged outsole.
The Kith x adidas Terrex Skychaser LT GORE-TEX will be released on December 13, 2021 in KITH stores and online at kith.com, just like the other rugged, stylish and comfortable pieces in the Kith Aspen 2021 Collection. The price of this pair of boots is set at 220$.
