Earlier this year, renowned reggaeton singer J BALVIN unveiled a new collaboration with Jordan Brand based on the Air Jordan 2 silhouette. This exclusive pair will be released in the coming days, accompanied by an apparel collection and a SUPER PLAY Slide sharing the same theme.
The Colombian star offers us a slide and clothes with the « cloudy » design of the AJ2.
This new Super Play Slide features a sky blue upper with a cloud pattern. This base is complemented by a white Velcro strap decorated with colorful logos signature J Balvin and zig-zag stitching in the colors of the rainbow. The Jumpman tag adjacent to the strap is presented in green, matching the super comfortable foam sole. The latter has a glow-in-the-dark finish that adds flair to the pair, just like the AJ2 collaborative.
The apparel collection consists of several t-shirts, short-crewneck sets, fleece pants-hoodies, as well as a Varsity jacket, socks, caps and a custom co-branded basketball. The textile pieces are available in blue, green or white to match the cloudy theme of the collab, but also in black. They feature the famous J Balvin smiley logo and other special touches.
The J Balvin x Jordan Super Play Slide will be released alongside the Air Jordan 2 and apparel collection on September 15, 2022, at select retailers and on nike.com. The slide is priced at $70, with the AJ2 priced at $300. Be ready !
